How far in advance should I reserve rental items?

As soon as possible! We cannot guarantee the availability of items until your order has been completed and a deposit paid. Due to the unique nature of our products and high demand our inventory of each item is limited. We therefore recommend that you place your order at least a month prior to your event.

How do I place a rental order?

If you would like to start a rental order please email our team at with the details of your event or fill out the contact form. Afterwards, we will send you a detailed proposal and we can get your items reserved as soon as your deposit is paid and rental agreement is signed.

Do you offer delivery and pick up?

Delivery fees are based on location, so just provide us with the name and address of your venue and we will sort it out for you.

How much are your rental fees?

Our rental fees vary by item, feel free to contact us and we will provide a detailed proposal for all the items you are interested in! 

Do I need to wash rentals after use?

Absolutely not, we will take care of all that. However, we do ask that you wipe food from plates and liquid from glassware prior to repacking.

What happens if an item gets broken?

We will charge a replacement fee if an item is broken during your rental to replace the item. An agreement with the replacement fees will be given to you so you’ll know ahead of time.
